Come celebrate with friends and family on our cozy farm in beautiful Long Valley. Having a birthday party on the farm is a unique and fun way to celebrate.

We have lots of add-on options to customize the perfect party for your group!

Fall Pumpkin and Apple PYO Party

Available September 2 - October 29

This fun-filled package includes:

  • 2.5 hour event
  • Private tent
  • Seating for up to 60 guests
  • Playtime on the hay bale pyramid and tractor play set
  • Food to feed the farm animals
  • Hayride to the apple orchard or pumpkin patch
  • Pick your own apples or pumpkins
  • 1 cow train ride for each child 
  • 1 donut and 1 cup of cider for each guest

Cost is $499 for up to 20 total guests (this includes adults AND children). All additional guests are $10 per person. If a total guest count exceeds 60 people, you will be charged $2 per additional guest to cover the additional spacing.

Animal Exploration Party

Available April 15 - August 27


This fun-filled package includes:
  • 2.5 hour event
  • Private tent
  • Seating for up to 60 guests
  • Playtime on the hay bale pyramid and tractor play set
  • Guided tour of the farm animals with food to feed them
  • Party guide
Cost is $399 for up to 20 children. Additional children are $10. Adults are free. If a total guest count exceeds 60 people, you will be charged $2 per additional guest to cover the additional spacing.

Fun and Play Party: Train Ride

Available April 15 - August 27

This fun-filled package includes:
  • 2.5 hour event
    Private tent
  • Seating for up to 60 guests
  • Playtime on the hay bale pyramid and tractor play set
  • Guided tour of the farm animals
  • One train ride per child
  • Party guide 
Cost is $449 for up to 20 children. Additional children are $10. Adults are free. If a total guest count exceeds 60 people, you will be charged $2 per additional guest to cover the additional spacing.
*Children under 3 feet tall will be required to have an adult ride the train with them.*

Pony Ride Party

 Available April 15 - August 27 

This fun-filled package includes:
  • 2.5 hour event
  • Private tent
  • Seating for up to 60 guests
  • Playtime on the hay bale pyramid and tractor play set
  • Guided tour of the farm animals
  • One pony ride per child
  • Party guide
Cost is $479 for up to 20 children. Additional children are $10. Adults are free. If a total guest count exceeds 60 people, you will be $2 charged per additional guest to cover the additional spacing. 
*Please understand there is a weight limit of 75lbs for our pony, Ralphie. During certain weekends, we will have other ponies available that can withstand up to 100lbs. Please ask the party coordinator about this before booking.*

 

Little Farmer Party

Available June 3 - August 27

This fun-filled package includes:
  • 2.5 hour event
  • Private tent
  • Seating for up to 60 guests
  • Playtime on the hay bale pyramid and tractor play set
  • Guided tour of the farm animals with food to feed them
  • Party guide
  • Hayride tour of the farm
  • Pick your own produce 
Cost is $479 for up to 20 total attendants (this includes adults AND children). All additional guests are $10 per person. If a total guest count exceeds 60 people, you will be charged $2 per additional guest to cover the additional spacing.  
*Little Farmer Package does qualify for strawberry picking parties based on seasonal availability*


Add On's Available: 

  • Train Ride $5 per child ($100 minimum)
  • Pony Rides $7 per child ($150 minimum - child riders only)
  • Hayride $150 per hayride (hayride can fit up to 40 guests)
  • Sunflower Trail $5 per person, for children and adults ($50 minimum). Based on seasonal availability, confirm with party host before adding it to your cart at final checkout after your party has been booked.
  • Pizza $15.95/ plain pie or $22.95 for a topping pie.

     

     

    Fine Print:

    • $100 Non-refundable deposit for all parties- this goes toward the total cost.
    • Pizza is available through Ort
      Farms for all parties, but we also do welcome outside food.
    • Host is responsible for providing cake/dessert with serving tools, utensils, paper products, and any goody bags, prizes or games. We
      do have a refrigerator and freezer
      for food storage. 
    • Host is responsible for providing all decorations for the party. Many
      hosts bring tablecloths, banners, balloons, etc. Please keep in mind that it can get very windy, so be sure to bring plenty of tape and/or tablecloth clips!
    • We do not allow any confetti of any kind, as pieces left behind have the potential to harm wildlife. This includes table confetti as well.
    • Payment is required before the start of your party- you must pay in advance for all attendants. If you have more attendants than booked, you will be required to pay for the additional wristbands.
    • Host is responsible for setting up and cleaning up their area, we provide trash removal for you
    • If you exceed 60 guests-- additional fees will be charged.

    You will pay your $100 nonrefundable deposit upon booking, which will be put toward your final total. You will receive an email confirming your booking within a week of submitting payment.

    The weekend before your party, you will receive an email with a link to our final checkout page. Here, you will fill out all remaining information, including any add on's, headcounts, etc. and your total will be generated based on this information. Final payment is due no later than 48 hours prior to your event.
