Ort Farms Sunflower Trail

Our sunflowers at Ort Farms will be in bloom between August 10- September 15, 2021
We have over 5 acres of beautiful sunflowers, walk the Sunflower trail and stop by our photo ops for beautiful photos.
We also have a zinnia field for u-cut and photo opportunities. Immerse yourself in beautiful blooms!


Weekdays: Open 10:00am -5:00 pm. Cost is $12.95 adults and $9.95 for children.  This includes entry to the sunflower trail, U-Cut Sunflower field, u-cut flower field and pick your own vegetables.
Hayrides are not offered for weekdays. Last entry at 4:30 and the trail closes at 5:00


Weekends and Holidays: Open 9:30am -5:00 pm. Cost is $15.95 for adults and 12.95 for kids.  This includes a hayride, entry to the sunflower trail, U-Cut Sunflower field, u-cut flower field and pick your own vegetables. Last entry at 4:30 and the trail closes at 5:00We will also have food vendors selling food during the weekends.

Sunflower Art On the Farm Days: Art Classes will be scheduled during sunflower trail weeks for a special Wine and Design experience.

Wine Tastings: We have teamed up with local wineries to offer wine samples and sales.

Sunset Hayrides:  Friday Evening hayride through the sunflower field- tickets will be sold separate from general admission.

Sunday Fundays: Sundays during our sunflower festival we will have music and local breweries selling beer.

Labor Day BBQ Festival September 4th and 5th

Food Truck Festival September 11th

Add On Items:  Purchase a bloom bucket to fill with 8-10 sunflower stems and up to 10 zinnia stems. Flowers for bloom buckets must be cut from our u-cut field and not on the sunflower trail.  There will be a $25 fine per stem for cutting flowers in the trail.


Health & Safety 

The health and safety of our guests and employees is very important to us. We want to ensure that your visit is safe, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are requiring that customers wear their masks when social distancing is not possible.  If you are unwell or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19 we request that you stay home for the safety of others. We will happily refund tickets for those who are in this situation.

Handicap & Stroller Accessibility

Our fields are not easily handicap accessible due to the farm rugged terrain. Strollers are permitted but it may be challenging to push the stroller around.

Ticket Use and Refund Policy

Once you have purchased your ticket it is your commitment to come on the day you scheduled. We ask that you arrive within 30 minutes of your reserved time frame, if you arrive later than that a hayride may not be available for your group. We are not able to offer refunds for your ticket, if there is inclimate weather or you cannot come because you are not well, we will transfer your ticket to a weekday admission as a courtesy.

Safety Guidelines and Rules

  • Reservations required.

  • Social distancing practices are the responsibility of all pickers.

  •  Face masks required when social distancing is not possible

  • Please use our hand washing station before entering the trail.​

  • Professional Photograpgy sessions prohibited during regular trail hours- you must book a private session for professional photography.

  • Sunflowers in the trail are not for u-cut, please visit our separate field for u-cut sunflowers.
    Fine of $25 per stem for flowers cut in the trail.
